The Christmas decorations were beautiful and added a festive touch to the hotel's atmosphere. Location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay.

Our room was extremely disappointing due to the outdated facilities and a complete lack of amenities. The air conditioning was noisy, and the plumbing was difficult to use.

Despite the location being a positive aspect of this hotel, the lack of service and hospitality from staff make guests feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience.
